Since inception, our business has flexibility with regard to our company: a hybrid working model, working hours, dress code, family and pet friendly. We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and yet manage a healthy work life balance. Progressively ahead of the times, culturally, ethically and professionally.
Btma’s head office is in Gauteng and we have a national footprint throughout South Africa. We commute to neighbouring countries for our clients.
In 2011, we innovatively believed that times had changed, and in business, there is no longer a requirement for ‘bricks and mortar’. With technology advancing at a rapid speed, the need for ‘bricks’ businesses has fallen away, people travel with technology, and technology travels with people. We travel to your various locations. This has been our standard business operating model PRIOR to covid.
