  • The job description and candidate specification are discussed.
  • Key competencies are identified. These form a part of our competency based interviews.
  • Reference questions are discussed and agreed upon.
  • Timelines are agreed.

Search of identified markets commences.

  • Potential candidates are identified and a shortlist is presented to the client.
  • Client and BTM&A agreed identified candidates are approached, competency interviewed and briefed.

Interviews between the candidate and client are arranged.
