What we do

At BTM&A, we make use of various traditional and digital media.  These tools are used during advertised selection, contingency, search and selection, headhunting and temporary recruitment processes.

 

The digital tools that we use are PNet, Career Junction, Linked-In, and Facebook. We have also used various on-line, one off advertisements, in specialist arena’s when appropriate for specialist positions. We can be quite creative when it comes to use of media, both traditional and digital. For example, we came up with an advertising method for a client who had a vacancy in Angola.  We advertised the position in media based in South Africa and Angola, in Portuguese.

Traditional media we have used for are The Workplace, Sunday Times, Sunday Tribune, Cape Argus, Volksblad, Botswana Guardian, Mail & Guardian.

We have an extensive network, which has generated a ‘Word of Mouth’ referral System, we often get our best candidates, from our best candidates.

We also have a few other methods of finding good candidates, which we consider part of our intellectual property, and would prefer not to disclose.
